Ms Chrysanthi Papaioannou holds a BA in English Language and Literarure from the American College of Greece and a Master’s degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) from the University of Exeter in England.

She has 23 years of experience as an English teacher, 18 of which in Higher Education. She has been lecturing at Intercollege Nicosia and the University of Nicosia since 2006; in 2021 she became a full – time member of the Faculty. She specializes in English for Specific purposes (ESP) courses and in the development of oral and written skills in the English language.

Ms Papaioannou has successfully completed her assessment as a “Professional Qualification of Vocational Training Instructor – Level 5 (CyQF/EQF) and has been certified by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA).
