Butchery
ALPHAMEGA Supermarket, Intercollege’s Culinary programmes, and the Training and Development Unit of the University of Nicosia organize the unique, comprehensive, specialized, and modern Butchers’ Training Programme in Cyprus. Upon successful completion of the training programme, participants will be eligible to claim a Level 4 certificate in the European Qualifications Framework (EQF Level 4), while they will have the opportunity for immediate employment at ALPHAMEGA Hypermarkets, as well as the chance to pursue job positions in related professional sectors, both in Cyprus and the rest of the European Union.
Wine & Spirit Education Trust

Training and Development Unit
The Training and Development Unit provides coaching and training services in leadership, change management, communication skills, service excellence, personal development and information technology to businesses, non-profit organizations and individuals since 1989.
