The Professional Training Programme in Butchery is organized collaboratively by ALPHAMEGA Supermarket, Intercollege’s Culinary programmes, and the Training and Development Unit of the University of Nicosia. This unique program is comprehensive, specialized, and modern. Participants who successfully complete the training will receive a Level 4 certificate in the European Qualifications Framework (EQF Level 4). Graduates will have immediate employment opportunities at ALPHAMEGA Hypermarkets and can also pursue job positions in related professional sectors within Cyprus and the broader European Union.

Intercollege facilities in Engomi, Nicosia, and practical training

Deposit requirement of €250*
* The deposit will be refunded to the trainees upon successful completion of the program. In the event that the trainees abandon or fail to complete the program, the deposit will not be refunded.

Fine Practice experience
Upon successful completion of the training program, participants will be eligible to claim a certificate in the European Qualifications Framework (EQF Level 4).
