Third-Year Culinary Arts Students from Intercollege Visit Alambra – Petrou Brothers Dairy Products

The third-year students of the Culinary Arts Program at Intercollege had the opportunity to visit the modern facilities of Alambra – Petrou Brothers Dairy Products. During the visit, the students were given a tour of the production areas and were informed about the processes involved in the production of the company’s dairy products. They also had the chance to sample a wide range of dairy products produced by the company.

Alambra offers a large variety of products, including regular and Light Halloumi, Halloumi with chili and basil, Fresh and Dry Anari, Yogurt in various types, as well as Halloumi trimmings with chili and basil. Additionally, Alambra exclusively imports and distributes a range of cheeses in the Cypriot market, such as Greek Feta, Kefalotyri, Edam, Gouda, and more.

This visit provided a unique opportunity for the students to experience firsthand the production of high-quality dairy products and to expand their knowledge in the field of culinary arts.
