Intercollege has run one of the most awarded culinary arts programmes in the region for decades. Many Intercollege culinary arts alums have gone on to successful careers in the hospitality field and now serve as some of the top chefs in Cyprus and abroad.
Intercollege’s flagship culinary arts management programme is one of only a handful of 4-year bachelor’s degrees in the Mediterranean region and prepares graduates, not just to be chefs, but to be managers and entrepreneurs in the field.
Though Intercollege offers comprehensive training in the culinary arts, including global and modernist cuisine, its strength is in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. Greek cuisine is considered to be one of the most popular, fastest-growing and healthiest cuisines in the world and Intercollege faculty have written globally award-winning books on the topic of Greek cuisine and health.
