Intercollege Culinary Arts Students Took Full Charge of Organizing and Executing a Banquet


The students of the Culinary Arts programs at Intercollege demonstrated their skills by taking full responsibility for the preparation and execution of a banquet. As part of their practical training, the students assumed different roles, simulating a real professional environment.
A portion of the team worked in the kitchen, creating exquisite dishes under the guidance of their instructors. Others took charge of service and the bar, delivering high-level hospitality to guests, while the pastry team prepared exceptional desserts, providing a complete gastronomic experience.
This initiative aligns with Intercollege’s educational philosophy, which emphasizes experiential learning, allowing students to develop their skills in real working conditions.
Through this hands-on experience, the students once again proved the high level of training they receive, preparing them for a successful career in the dynamic hospitality and gastronomy sector.
