Intercollege and Cyprus Maritime Academy Student Orientation Day 2025

The Student Orientation Day of Intercollege and the Cyprus Maritime Academy is a longstanding tradition that marks the beginning of the academic journey for all new students across the various programs of study. The aim of the event is to provide students with valuable information regarding their academic and social life, to familiarize them with the services available, and to introduce them to the educational and supportive environment of the College. At the same time, it offers the opportunity to build relationships and friendships that will accompany them throughout their studies.

The day’s program included presentations from key departments and services of the College, beginning with Health and Safety matters, followed by the Counseling Center (Psychological Support Services), the Student Welfare Department, and the ERASMUS+ Mobility Program. Students were also introduced to the services of the Library, the Department of Academic Affairs, the Admissions Office, and the Accounting Department regarding financial matters. The program concluded with a presentation of the University of Nicosia Medical Centre, followed by a coffee and refreshments break.
