The students of the Culinary Arts programs at Intercollege were at Nicosia Mall on Saturday and Sunday, April 5th and 6th, where, in collaboration with Flora, they prepared fasting biscuits! Using high-quality ingredients and plenty of creativity, they created flavors that blend tradition with modern nutrition.
