Presentation of Cypriot Cuisine to Students from the United States under the Global Semesters Program by the Chefs and Instructors of the Culinary Arts programs at Intercollege


The rich culinary heritage of Cyprus was presented to a group of students from the United States, who are visiting the island through the Global Semesters student exchange program of the University of Nicosia.
Participants had the opportunity to discover the uniqueness and authenticity of Cypriot cuisine through a gastronomic journey featuring traditional dishes and local recipes. The menu was curated by the distinguished chefs and instructors of the Culinary Arts programs at Intercollege — Panikos Theodosiou, Andreas Kyriakou, and Andreas Charalambous — who showcased the flavors and aromas of Cyprus with passion and creativity.
The event offered a unique cultural exchange experience, giving students the chance to explore Cypriot tradition through gastronomy, one of the most important ambassadors of Cypriot identity worldwide.
