Credit Transfer Policy (ECTS)
Transfer Students and Credits Earned at Other Institutions
Intercollege welcomes transfer students from other accredited colleges and universities. Courses successfully completed at equivalent institutions may be transferred if they are of the same quality and equivalency as courses offered at Intercollege.
Transferred credits may correspond either to specific Intercollege courses or to elective categories (e.g. Computer Electives).
Important Notes:
- Transferred credits do not count towards the student’s Cumulative Point Average (CPA/overall grade).
- For Bachelor’s Degrees (240 ECTS): students must complete at least 50% of the total programme credits (120 ECTS) at Intercollege.
- For Diplomas (120 ECTS): students must complete at least 50% of the total programme credits (60 ECTS) at Intercollege.
Credit from National or International Examinations
Intercollege may award transfer credits for recognized examinations (e.g., A-Levels, ECDL, or equivalent) provided that the results meet the College’s academic standards and are relevant to the programme of study.
