Position summary
Intercollege seeks an organized individual to join the Admissions Office as an Officer. The role involves supporting undergraduate student recruitment, reviewing applications, coordinating information events, and managing communication with prospective students, schools, and partner organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with prospective students and provide information about the admissions process.
  • Review and process applications for admission in accordance with College policies.
  • Plan, coordinate, and represent Intercollege at recruitment events and online information sessions.
  • Maintain and update applicant records in the CRM system, and prepare regular reports.
  • Collaborate with academic departments, and student services on admissions-related matters.
  • Respond to applicant inquiries via phone, email, and in person communication.
  • Perform other duties related to the functioning of the Admissions Office as assigned.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM system or student management systems is an advantage but not required. Ability to quickly adapt to new software is essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel for student recruitment events, including some evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
