Institutional Values
Intercollege plays a central role in education, culture, and society, guided by values that ensure liberty, democracy, equality, human dignity, and human rights. These principles foster a culture of pluralism, tolerance, justice, and non-discrimination.
Our Values guide professional practice, decision-making, and strategic planning, and reflect our responsibility to students, colleagues, society, and ourselves. All faculty, staff, and students are expected to uphold these Values in pursuit of Excellence in Education.
