Aristos Nikolaou is an Executive & Instructor Chef with a degree in Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management from the United Kingdom. He has been working in the hospitality industry since 2006, serving as Executive Chef in renowned restaurants across Cyprus, while for the past 10 years he has been actively involved in education, teaching gastronomy and hospitality at higher education institutions. He is a Certified Vocational Training Instructor, Level 5 by the Human Resource Development Authority (HRDA), recognized for his ability to inspire and guide the next generation of professionals. He specializes in developing innovative menus, cost management, and building high-performing teams, contributing both to an enhanced learning experience and to excellence in the hospitality industry.
