Educational Visit of Intercollege Students to Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa

First-year students of the Culinary Arts Programmes at Intercollege had the opportunity to participate in a highly engaging educational visit to Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, the luxurious five-star seaside resort in Limassol.

During the visit, students were guided through the impressive facilities of the hotel and learned first-hand about the operation of a modern, high-standard hospitality establishment that offers unique leisure and entertainment experiences to its guests. The tour and briefing were conducted by Executive Sous Chef Ioannis Papakonstantinou (a graduate of the Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts Management at Intercollege), who presented to the students the hotel’s gastronomic philosophy and professional culture.
