World Tourism Day. Intercollege connects education with real-world experience through its collaboration with The Landmark and Parklane, a Luxury Collection Hotel & Spa.

For the Culinary Arts Programmes at Intercollege, Tourism is not only an important pillar of the economy and the hospitality industry. Above all, it is about the people who serve it, the people who drive it forward, and the young people who represent its future.

With great pleasure and pride, we visited the The Landmark and PARKLANE, a Luxury Collection Hotel & Spa, our valued industry partners, where we had the opportunity to meet and recognise our students who completed their internships during the summer.

This initiative, organised to mark World Tourism Day, carried a special meaning. Our students had the opportunity to experience the real-world hospitality environment, gain valuable experience, face everyday challenges, work alongside industry professionals and, most importantly, take their first meaningful steps into the professional world.

For us, recognising and celebrating their achievements was more than simply an award. It was a reminder that education creates real value when it is connected to the workplace and when knowledge is transformed into practical experience.

Equally important was the philosophy behind this initiative: investing in young people, creating opportunities, developing talent and building meaningful connections between the academic community and the world of Hospitality and Tourism.

Because tomorrow’s professionals are today sitting in classrooms, working in kitchens and training in laboratories — learning, developing their skills and creating their own professional journey.

👏 Congratulations to all our students for their effort, dedication and progress.

A heartfelt thank you to our partners in the hospitality industry for their trust, support and, above all, for providing young people with opportunities to learn, grow and dream about their professional future.

✨ Education opens the door. Experience provides the skills. Young people will shape the future of Tourism!
