Intercollege (Nicosia) is seeking applications at the rank of either Instructor or Lecturer for:
  • full-time positions in Culinary Arts and Hospitality.
  • part-time positions in Culinary Arts and Hospitality.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A Master’s degree (Culinary Arts and/or Hospitality) and a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts and/or Hospitality.
  • A demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching.
  • A validated ability to undertake quality research and a commitment to develop a research program.
  • Fluency in English and Greek.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Successful candidates should be able to teach the following undergraduate fields:
  • For Culinary Arts applicants: Cookery labs, Pastry and Bakery labs, International Cuisine, Kitchen Management, as well as develop a successful research program, and participate in curriculum and course development.
  • For Hospitality applicants: Hospitality and Tourism Industry, Food Service Labs, Bar operations, Oenology, Organization- Management and Operation of a Restaurant, Food and Drinks Costing, as well as develop a successful research program, and participate in curriculum and course development.
