Founded in 1980, the Intercollege library supports the research, curriculum and educational activities of both students and faculty. It has a pleasant environment, conducive to study and learning, with individual study carrels, copy services and a special area for Internet access.
The collection consists of 60,000 volumes, 650 print journals available electronically through INFOTRAC and other on-line data banks. Access to the collection is available through ALEPH, an automated state-of-the art new catalogue, which can be accessed anywhere on campus, as well as from the Larnaca and Limassol campuses. In addition, special collections, such as the "Cyprus Collection", the "European Collection", the "Law Collection" and "Educational Collection" help cover most aspects of our educational needs. For materials not available in our library or any other library on the island, an Interlibrary Loan service is available through the British Library Document Delivery Service. Library staff at each campus are always available to help students and faculty. Orientation classes and on-line training are offered at the beginning of each semester, either in groups or upon request.
